Sathlokhar Synergys Secures ₹63 Cr Industrial Win

Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global has expanded its industrial infrastructure portfolio by securing a Rs 63.43 crore contract from Grand Atlantia Panapakkam SEZ Developers (a Hong Fu Industrial Group subsidiary). The scope of work includes civil, electrical, and firefighting installations for a large-scale footwear manufacturing facility at SIPCOT Park, Ranipet, Chennai. This project is a key component of Hong Fu’s Rs 1,500 crore investment in Tamil Nadu’s manufacturing sector. The project, valued at Rs 74.85 crore (inclusive of GST), is slated for completion by December 2026.
